Frequently Asked Questions

Products & Capabilities

What types of hydraulic cylinders does Maxili Hydraulics manufacture?

We manufacture a full range of hydraulic cylinders — welded cylinders, tie-rod cylinders, single-acting and double-acting telescopic cylinders, large-bore heavy-duty cylinders, and long-stroke cylinders with integrated valves or position sensors. Both standard sizes and fully custom-engineered designs are available.

Our cylinders are used in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, lifting and hoisting, logistics and material handling, metallurgical and mining equipment, and municipal and specialty vehicles — including dump trailers, garbage trucks, tractors and implements.

Both. Alongside hydraulic cylinders we manufacture hydraulic power units and supply related components, so a complete fluid power package can be sourced from a single supplier.

Our facility covers 15,000 m² and is operated by a team of 90+ long-term employees. Monthly capacity is around 20,000 hydraulic cylinders and 3,000 hydraulic power units, with annual output above 200,000 cylinders.

Custom Engineering & Ordering

Can you manufacture hydraulic cylinders to our own drawings or samples?

Yes — custom-engineered cylinders are our specialty. Send us your drawings, a sample, or the key operating parameters and our engineering team will design a cylinder to suit your machine.

Ideally: cylinder type, bore and rod diameter, stroke, working and test pressure, mounting style, port details, surface finish, quantity and operating environment. If some values are not yet fixed, our engineers can recommend them for you.

Yes. We provide full technical collaboration — hydraulic circuit consultation, FEA stress analysis, and precise 2D drawings plus 3D CAD models (STEP / IGES) for integration into your machinery.

Yes. We regularly develop custom samples so that fit, function and performance can be verified on your equipment before batch production starts.

We handle both large-volume OEM production runs and small-batch custom orders, so the minimum quantity depends on the cylinder type and configuration. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the practical minimum for your case.

Quality, Testing & Warranty

What quality certifications does your factory hold?

Our facility operates under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, and our products carry CE certification.

100% of cylinders pass automated test-bench inspection before packing. This covers proof pressure testing at 1.5× working pressure, internal and external leakage monitoring, stroke actuation checks and full dimensional verification.

Yes. Every cylinder is fully traceable: raw material heat codes for steel tubes, forged rod stock and castings; documented records from CNC machining, welding and heat treatment through to final assembly; and an individually stamped serial number for lifetime maintenance and warranty tracking.

All hydraulic cylinders and power units carry a 1-year standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Extended coverage can be arranged on request, depending on the configuration, component selection and operating environment.

Send us photos, video or operating details and our engineering team assesses the root cause. We then arrange repair, replacement or spare parts as appropriate. Because every unit is serialised, we can trace its exact build specification quickly.

Lead Time, Shipping & Support

What is the lead time for samples and batch orders?

Custom sample development typically takes 25–35 days. Batch volume production runs 30–45 days, depending on material availability, machining complexity and order quantity.

Yes. We regularly supply customers in 40+ countries and regions, and we can work with your nominated forwarder or arrange shipment on your behalf.

Yes. Because every cylinder is traceable in our quality database, we can identify your exact build and dispatch replacement seal kits and internal components worldwide — even years after installation. Our engineering team also provides remote troubleshooting and, where required, on-site support.
