Precision Honed Barrel: High-tensile cold-drawn steel tubing, micro-honed to a mirror finish for low friction and extended seal life.
Induction Hardened Piston Rod: High-strength C45/4140 steel rod, ground and hard chrome plated (min. 25-30 microns) to resist corrosion, scratching, and impact damage.
Premium Multi-Stage Sealing System: Equipped with top-tier polyurethane seals (Hallite / NOK) and heavy-duty wiper seals for zero fluid leakage and multi-temperature resistance.
